Co-enrollment for Sports

The co-enrollment form allows for a student to participate in their zoned school for Middle School Athletics and must be submitted annually.

Co-enrollment forms do not guarantee a spot on the team, but allows the student to try-out for the sport at their zoned school only.
The co-enrollment forms for the 2026 - 2027 school year will be accepted 3 weeks prior to the start of a sport season up to one week into the season (see dates below).
- Cross Country: June 15th - August 17th
- Volleyball: June 15th - September 4th
- Basketball: September 28th - October 27th
- Soccer: November 9th - January 7th
- Track and Field: January 18th - February 15th
- Flag Football: March 8th - April 5th
Once the form has been completed, please submit to pcsathletics@pcsb.org
- Students may not begin participating at a school until an approved co-enrollment form has been processed (**This includes try-outs)
